Manually adding existing patients in line
If the patient already has a record in the clinic, you can add them in queue manually. You can watch the video or follow the steps below:

Steps
In the menu, click Registration > Queues. Click the Select Patient icon just below Active and Refresh buttons to view the existing patients in the clinic.


A popup menu will appear and click on the Patient that you will add to the queue.


You can also search for the patient's name in the search box and add them in queue.


Manually adding a new patient record
If the patient is new and you want to manually add their medical record, here's how to do it:
Go to the menu and click Registration > Queues.
Click the New Patient icon just below Refresh and Postponed buttons.

Fill out the information needed and click SAVE on the bottom.
