This step by step procedure helps resolve the issue of not having to view or attach images inside MYCURE. This happens specifically for users who access MYCURE using PLDT internet service (Philippines). Instructions below are provided for both Windows and macOS users.

For Windows User
Open Control Panel. Click the Network and Internet category.

Click on Network and Sharing Center.

Your currently active network should display, either as a Public or a Private network. To the right should appear the Access type and Connections (e.g. Wi-Fi). Click the link for Connections. A status dialog should show up (e.g. Wi-Fi Status).

Click the Properties button on the lower left. A properties dialog should show up (e.g Wi-Fi Properties). There should be a list of items in the center.

Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4). Then click the Properties button on the lower right. A new Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties dialog should show up.

Near the bottom, select Use the following DNS server addresses. In the Preferred DNS server text box, type "**8.8.8.8**". Click OK on the lower right.

Refresh the MYCURE CMS page and try again. You should be able to access and attach images.

For macOS User
Open the System Preferences app. Click the Network category.

On the left, select your currently active network connection (e.g. Wi-Fi). Click the Advanced... button on the lower right. An Advanced dialog should appear.

Click the DNS tab. There should be two lists: DNS Servers on the left, Search Domains on the right.

Click the + button below the DNS Servers list. A new entry should appear.

Type "8.8.8.8". Click OK on the lower right. The Advanced dialog should close.

Click Apply on the lower right. Refresh the MYCURE CMS page and try again. You should be able to access and attach images.
