To postpone a patient in queue:

Select the patient's name.
Click the “Postpone” icon.

Enter the reason for postponement.

Click Confirm to proceed.

Postponed patients can be found in the Postponed tab, where you can bring the patient back in queue.

To requeue patients from the Postponed tab:

Click the “Bring Back” icon.

To cancel their postponement entirely:

Select the "Cancel" icon.

Enter the reason for cancellation.

Click Confirm.
