Since MYCURE has developed a feature which requires users to indicate the cancellation/postponement reason for every patient queue, it is only fitting for us to create a whole new type of report that lets clinic managers and owners review these reasons for better management decisions. This is the Queue Cancellation Report.
To view your clinic's Queue Cancellation Report for the day:
• Go to Registration > Queue Cancellation
• Users will now be redirected to Queue Cancellation Report page

• In the Queue Cancellation Report page, users can filter it by date and by queue. This means you can curate when the queues were cancelled/postponed as well as which queue they were cancelled at.
• This report is also exportable by the formats CSV and XLSX.
