Using MYCURE, you can input the medical care that the patient needs to follow or fulfill to address their health concerns.

Go to Patients List.
Select the patient.
Go to Current Encounter > Plan.



To manage a patient's plan:

Click + Add New.
Input personal Care Plan Notes for the patient.



To input a patient's prescription:

Click + Add New Prescription.



Choose medicine from your favorite prescriptions previously set in the Administration Module, or choose from the custom medicines they have uploaded in the system, or from MYCURE’s default medicine database.



Input medicine’s formulation, dispense, dosage, frequency, and notes.



Click Save Records to finalize.

To view more options such as printing or updating the prescription:
After saving the prescriptions, click the ... on the upper right corner of the prescription box.



Choose whether to print or edit the prescription, view the information of who created the latest version of the prescription, manage the permission of who can see this prescription, or delete the prescription.



To create diagnostic orders for a patient:

Click + Add New.



Choose which laboratory/imaging tests to include.





Search the ICD10 of the patient's diagnosis.



Input the diagnosis or the reason for the test order.
Click Save Records to finalize.

To view more options such as printing or updating the lab/imaging orders:
After saving the lab/imaging orders, click the ... on the upper right corner.



Choose whether to print or edit the lab or imaging order or results, view the information of who created the latest version order, manage the permission of who can access, or delete order.

To add a lab result:
Click "Add Result".
Input the results for the lab orders.



Click Add Result to save the Laboratory Order record.

To add a procedure order:

Click + Add New.
Select which medical procedure to take.
Select the ICD10 of the patient’s diagnosis.
Select the attending staff.
Add notes if needed.



Click Save Records to finalize.

To view more options such as updating the procedure orders:
After saving the procedure orders, click the ... on the upper right corner.



Choose whether to edit the order, view the information of who created the latest version of the order, manage the permission of who can access, or delete the order.

Advanced medical record entries can also be enabled to the EMR by going to the Settings.
