Managing your Clinic's Payment Methods

Managing you Clinic's payment methods are quite simple and can be done in a matter of minutes.

You can either watch the video or follow the steps below:



Click on your clinic’s photo on the Sidebar Menu.

Click "Edit Clinic".

Go to Billing/POS > Payment Methods.

To add a payment method:

Click the + button.

Input the name, payment type, and description.

Click Save to finalize and add the payment method to the system’s billing processes.

To import a list of payment methods:

Click the import icon.

Download the Excel file template.

Fill out the necessary details.

Upload the file back to the system.

To delete a payment method:

Click the delete icon.

Click Yes to confirm.
