Managing your Clinic's Inventory Settings

Click on your clinic’s photo on the Sidebar Menu.

Click "Edit Clinic".

Go to Inventory.
Click the + button.

Input the details of the new supplier.

Click Save to finalize.
To edit a clinic supplier, click the edit icon.
To delete a clinic supplier, click the delete icon.
Click the import icon.
Download the Excel file template and fill out the details.
Upload the template back to the system.
To add a new adjustment reason, click the + button.

Input the reason.
Click Add.
To delete an adjustment reason, click the delete icon.
To add a new stock room, click the + button.

Input details.

Click Save.
To edit a stock room, click the edit icon.
To delete a stock room, click the delete icon.

Steps
Click on your clinic’s photo on the Sidebar Menu.

Click "Edit Clinic".

Go to Inventory.
Inventory > Suppliers
To add a new clinic supplier information:
Click the + button.

Input the details of the new supplier.

Click Save to finalize.
To edit a clinic supplier, click the edit icon.
To delete a clinic supplier, click the delete icon.
To import a list of suppliers:
Click the import icon.
Download the Excel file template and fill out the details.
Upload the template back to the system.
Inventory > Adjustment Reasons
To add a new adjustment reason, click the + button.

Input the reason.
Click Add.
To delete an adjustment reason, click the delete icon.
Inventory > Stock Rooms
To add a new stock room, click the + button.

Input details.

Click Save.
To edit a stock room, click the edit icon.
To delete a stock room, click the delete icon.
