Customizing Patient Info Fields

Patient Fields refer to the patient information recorded by the clinic to properly assess and tend to their patients’ medical needs. You can enable or disable specific fields for your convenience.

You can watch our video or follow the steps below:



Click on your clinic’s photo on the Sidebar Menu.

Click "Edit Clinic".

Go to Registration > Patient Info Fields.
Click on the toggle button to enable or disable desired fields.

Click Update to finalize.
