Creating a consultation encounter
On the receptionist or front desk staff's point of view, this is how you create a consultation encounter. You can watch the video or follow the steps below:


Select on the patient that will be served then Click Accommodate (chief complaint, consult type, attending staff, queue name, vitals).

Click the service that the patient needs.

Fill out the information needed and click Add to queue when done.

Finally, click Send Patient to send the patient to the doctor.
