Cannot access MYCURE for PLDT ISP users
We have a known issue regarding PLDT ISP users are not able to gain access to our MYCURE portal. We currently getting this resolved with our providers.
For the meantime we have the following work arounds for you to gain access to our website:
Use another ISP such as Globe, DITO or Converge.
Do not try affiliated ISPs of PLDT such as Talk and Text and SMART
Use a VPN for Google Chrome (We have tried DotVPN and can confirm this works and its free).

Click on Add to Chrome

Click on Add Extension

Click on the Extensions icon(the one that looks like a puzzle piece) on the top right hand corner of Google Chrome.

Click on the DotVPN to enable the extension

You will be required to register for an account for free
