Adding a clinic member

You can watch the video or follow the steps below:



Click on your clinic’s photo on the Sidebar Menu.

Click "Edit Clinic".

Click on My Clinic then Members. You will see all of your existing members in the clinic. You can also search for existing users using the search tab

Add the email address of your clinic member select the role/s that your clinic member performs.

You may enable or disable access to specific privileges.

Scroll down and click SEND INVITATION when done.

Ask your staff to check their Inbox for the invitation email and then follow the instructions from there.

Kindly check infor to check the member to check their Spam folder as there will be times that

If the invite is taking some time for the recipient to receive. Double check on the email address of the member's details for possible mistypes.

Click on the 3 dots on the profile under Pending Invitations.

You can also Resend or Cancel the invitation.
